12th edition of the Regional Marine and Coastal Forum (FOMACO) of the Regional Partnership for the Conservation of Coastal and Marine Zones in West Africa (PRCM). Nouakchott (Mauritania). 27-30 April 2026.

FOMCACO has become an essential meeting place for all stakeholders involved in the protection of marine and coastal ecosystems. Governments, parliamentarians, scientists, national and international civil society, the private sector and donors: all key conservation players come together to debate, decide and act. It is also a good opportunity to networking with key player in the region. This edition is co-organised by PRCM and the Ministere d´l Environnement et du Dèveloppement Durable of Mauritania and the theme is focused on “Ocean health: a lever for a sustainable and inclusive blue economy”. REDUCE will attend this meeting conferences and also participate delivering side events on the actions of the project.
